Benchmarking

Measuring performance will provide you visibility on process performance of your company, but does not tell you anything about how well you are doing and where you are compared to competition. Benchmarking your performance against your competitors, using the same standards as you, will give you an insight on your position on the market. Using the APQC SCOR benchmark solution, we can compare your SCORcard measures with those of other companies in the same industry. Doing so we provide a detailed benchmark report and identify which of the KPI’s should be improved.

As we have identified which KPI’s should be improved, we provide a list of best practices that can be implemented to improve performance. In collaboration with the customer and in line the company strategy, we identify a list of projects than can be started to achieve these improvements.
